Here at Crown & Birch, we understand the importance of having a cohesive look throughout your home that complements your personal taste and lifestyle. That being said, it can be tricky to know where to start. Designing, furnishing and styling your home can seem like a daunting task, but that’s where we come in! We have a team of experienced, committed designers that want to work with you to make your dream home a reality. We’ve created a catalogue of design packages that are customizable to suit your specific needs. See below for details!
Full Design Package (Up to 1500 sq. ft.)
What this will include:
- Presentation of all items + 2 revisions
- Two 1 hour home visits with an assigned designer. This will allow for measurements, finish and paint selections, décor, etc.
- A space plan (to scale) to help visualize the design and furniture selections
- Ongoing communication with the designers during the project duration
Room Design Package
What this will include:
- Presentation of all items + 2 revisions
- Two 1 hour home visits with an assigned designer. This will allow for measurements, finish and paint selections, décor, etc.
- A space plan (to scale) to help visualize the design and furniture selections
- Ongoing communication with the designers during the project duration
Kitchen Design
What this will include:
- Presentation of designs
- Two 1 hour home visits with an assigned designer. This will allow for measurements, finish and paint selections, décor, etc.
- A kitchen layout/design (to scale) to help visualize the design and finish selections
- Ongoing communication with the designers during the project duration
*This package is meant to help facilitate the design process so you have something to show your cabinet/kitchen supply team (we do not provide the cabinetry)
Bathroom Design
What this will include:
- Presentation of designs
- Two 1 hour home visits with an assigned designer. This will allow for measurements, finish and paint selections, décor, etc.
- A bathroom layout/design (to scale) to help visualize the design and finish selections
- Ongoing communication with the designers during the project duration
*This package is meant to help facilitate the design process so you have something to show your cabinet/kitchen supply team (we do not provide the cabinetry)
Fireplace Design Package
Homeowners often find a fireplace to be a lovely addition to their living space, however struggle with where to start. Questions such as what type, how to finish the unit and where to place it in the room will arise during the planning and building of your new fireplace.
Clients wishing to add or upgrade a fireplace to their space may find Crown & Birch’s Fireplace Design Package helpful. Starting with what the client envisions for the final product, we will help you choose the type, style, scale and design of your fireplace, and guide you so that you end up with an investment feature you will love for years to come.
What this will include:
- In-store or virtual consultation to determine what is required
- One in-home visit to determine proper placement, type, size, scale and design based on previous discussion about desired finished product
- Initial presentation delivered and presented digitally, including design and product specifications (fireplace choice, brick choice, surface finishes, mantle design etc. as well as a shopping list of how and where to purchase items needed for fireplace)
- One revision if necessary
- Expected duration: this process will take approximately 2-4 weeks to complete from the date of initial in-home visit to completed package.
Window Consultation (1-2 Rooms)
What this will include:
- Initial in-store consultation to determine what is required
- One in home visit to consult and measure
- Full quote for project
*If your window covering purchase exceeds $1,500 the consult fee will be waived
Paint Consultation (with Benjamin Moore products)
What this will include:
- Initial in-store or virtual consultation depending on preference to determine what is required
- One in-home consultation, up to 1 hour
- Paint selection, including chips to keep for records. We will review colours, where to stop and start, trim colours and paint type
- Suggestions for local painters
