In Store Returns

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund of the merchandise total within 5 days of your purchase. Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns are inspected before refund is issued. Rug samples are considered final sale. Other than the unlikely event of severe product defect, sale items are also considered final sale.

 

Online Returns

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund of the merchandise total (not including shipping costs) within 15 days of delivery. To return an item, please contact us to receive return information. Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and it is your responsibility to cover the return shipping costs. All returns are inspected before refund is issued. Rug samples are considered final sale. Other than the unlikely event of severe product defect, sale items are also considered final sale.

 

Returned items must be in original packaging, unused and in the same condition as when they were shipped. Lighting fixtures that have been installed and/or tampered with are ineligible for refund.

 

Warranties

Our rugs do not currently have a long-term manufacturer's warranty. In the event of a product defect, customers must report a claim to us within 5 days of delivery. For more information, or to report a defect, please contact us at info@crownandbirch.com.
