In Store Returns
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund of the merchandise total within 5 days of your purchase. To return an item, please visit our Memorial Avenue or Goods & Co location. Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns are inspected before refund is issued.
Online Returns
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund of the merchandise total (not including shipping costs) within 15 days of delivery. To return an item, please contact us to receive return information. Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and it is your responsibility to cover the return shipping costs. All returns are inspected before refund is issued.
Returned items must be in original packaging, unused and in the same condition as when they were shipped. Lighting fixtures that have been installed and/or tampered with are ineligible for refund.
Other than the unlikely event of severe product defect, sofas and furniture over 80 lbs are considered final sale. Sale items are also considered final sale.
Warranties
Because we source our products from a wide array of suppliers, warranties will differ product to product. If you would like warranty information on a specific product, please contact us at info@crownandbirch.com. Please note that any items purchased off the floor from our retail locations are only warrantied from the date of our purchase from the supplier, not from the date of the customer's purchase from us.
