Shipping

As Crown & Birch is located in Thunder Bay, Ontario, all orders shipped in Ontario are charged Ontario sales tax (HST 13%). Orders shipped to other provinces or territories are charged the sales tax that applies to the customer’s province or territory. Outside of Canada, we do not charge sales taxes; however, the customer is responsible for paying import fees and brokerage fees when applicable.

Crown & Birch ships to Canada and the US only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. If you live outside of our shipping area please contact us for a shipping quote.

 
Lead Times

Some décor items are stocked in our warehouse and ship within 3-5 business days. Furniture, lighting, and large art pieces are shipped from the manufacturer to our warehouse and then to the customer. Other items such as area rugs will ship directly from the manufacturer to the customer. Each item and manufacturer has specific lead times, which can be affected by numerous different factors. Once your order has shipped, we will contact you to provide confirmation of the shipment and provide a tracking number where applicable. Our current shipping time is around 3-5 weeks for in-stock items. That said, this is a general estimate and can oftentimes be shorter depending on the item and vendor. We recommend you contact us at info@crownandbirch.com if you require a more accurate estimate.
 

Orders are shipped by courier (FedEx, Purolator, UPS or Canada Post). Some larger items may be shipped with a freight carrier. Furniture deliveries are curbside only; the delivery person does not enter your home or assemble the furniture. Should you require white glove delivery please reach out and we can provide a quote where possible. 

 
USA Shipping

USA shipping fees are calculated by total order weight. Some oversize pieces may be subject to additional shipping charges due to size and distance. If your order requires extra fees, you will be contacted within 48hrs with a quote. At this time, we do not ship to Hawaii, USA.


Please note that orders that have already been shipped are no longer eligible for cancellation. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information.
